Religious cards for retailers
MSC Mission Prayer Cards are a range of genuine, approved religious cards, specifically for sale in retail outlets. This range offers a variety of cards, including sympathy cards, get well wishes, Christmas greetings, special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and exams, and a prayer bouquet for any occasion.
The Charities Act 2009 prohibits the sale of pre-signed Mass cards in shops. As MSC Mission Prayer Cards are not Mass cards, they are officially approved in in accordance with Church guidelines and the civil legislation regarding the administration of Mass cards.
MSC Mission Prayer Cards have proved very popular with the public in recent years, and are extensively available in locally owned shops for the convenience of the public. These cards are endorsed by the Episcopal Commissions for Missions, and have the support of the Irish Missionary Union, which represents 85 congregations. The cards are also recommended by The Convenience Stores & Newsagents Association, The Irish Postmasters’ Union, and The Retail Grocery Dairy and Allied Trade Association.

We also provide retailers with a sheet on which the names of those to be prayed for are listed. The completed sheet is then returned to us, for inclusion in the prayers and spiritual devotions of our missionaries.
